  been with this place on a pet plan for well over a year has all ways been nice great loverly staff and have all ways checked my cat over properly but this time they didnt check it over fully .just noticed it had lost weight said it needs a blood test and its going be 75 pound then could be more if somthing wronge with my cat and im on benifits and could not afford it at the time and i asked if i can pay 25 pound over 3 months ,said somone would get back to me about that and no one did get back about it .plus new i was on benifits plus they asked me on my last visit to feed my cat less as it was over weight so i did do that and thats why its lost weight .plus still want my cat get to have a blood test now but ill be getting it done somwere els were its cheaper now .may sighn off from my pet plan go els were
